Bill was a good friend to me fir many years. He and I had a shared love of cars, and boating. I have many very fond memories of Bill, and I give my heartfelt condolences to Tanya, for the loss of her beloved father.

I remember my cousin Bill as a hard worker. He seemed to be intense about the projects he worked on. I remember after he paid a visit to my Dad, Gerry Heaps, in King City how Dad remarked how clever he was. My Dad was proud of his accomplishments.
It has been especially kind of Bill and Tanya to host a family reunion at his home. I will miss him.
