Obituary for Stavroula "Voula" Parigoris

Parigoris, Stavroula “Voula” (nee Andreakos)
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Voula, beloved wife of Stavro, devoted mother to Danny(Tess), Georgina(Nick), cherished grandmother to Stephen, Deidre(Andrew), Constantine and great grandmother to Eliana. Voula was a kind and gentle woman, and a natural caregiver to all who met her. Her Family was her pride and joy. She died on Sunday December 6th at the age of 86.
She is predeceased by her sister Amalia, and survived by her sister Helen(John), Peter(Edith), Chris(Helen), George(Helen), and many nieces, nephews and friends who she loved dearly.
There are no words to describe the unconditional love and devotion shown by our mother’s caregivers, Joyce and Betty. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Lastly, we would like to send our heartfelt thank you to Dr. Brian Berger and all the wonderful and compassionate staff at Hill House Hospice.
“We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us throughout our lives, until we meet again”.
In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations to Hill House Hospice www.hillhousehospice.com or Sts. Panteleimon Anna and Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church www.gocmarkham.com.
Keeping with the current COVID 19 restrictions, visitation and funeral will be by invitation only.
