Parmenter, Penelope “Penny” – January 2, 1942 to Decemeber 11, 2022. Passed away at Mackenzie Health Hospital, Richmond Hill. Predeceased by her parents Graydon and Awilda Parmenter. Will be fondly remembered by her friends Helen Holmes and Elinor Mansbridge, her cousin Lynn Quackenbush, and all of her many other friends. Penny was a primary teacher with the Toronto District School Board and was teaching at Sunnyview Public School at the time of her retirement. She was a longtime member of the Richmond Hill United Church, a member of the Sorority Beta Sigma Phi. As per Penny’s wishes there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. A private burial will take place in Leamington where she will be re-united with her mother.
