Obituary for Pearl Suite

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Pearl Suite on Saturday October 14, 2023, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 87.
Pearl is survived by her two daughters, Celia (Darrell) and Simone (Robert) and her three grandchildren, Ashley (Chris), Vanessa (Max) and Noah. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Herbert and Ivy and her siblings Lorna, Cecil, Sydney, and Lynette, and will be greatly missed by her surviving siblings, Cilma, Arthur and Linda.
Pearl was born on September 24 ,1936 in Trinidad and Tobago. As the daughter of a school Principal, education was very important to her. She excelled in her studies, receiving a scholarship which allowed her to pursue a higher education at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Upon completion of her studies, she began her lifelong career as a secondary school Math Teacher, teaching in England, Trinidad, and Canada. Throughout her career, she had an incredible impact on many young lives.
Pearl loved her grandchildren dearly and retired from teaching to dedicate herself to them. She will be remembered for the stories she shared about her life, her teaching and her travels, her delicious cooking and baking, her love of gardening and her loving “pearls” of wisdom.
Pearl’s faith was very strong, and she actively served her Lord through her work with the Church.
