Obituary for Madeleine Langlois

Madeleine Langlois, 1961-2023
Today, our hearts are broken as we all mourn the loss of our beloved sister, Madeleine. She passed away after a battle with cancer in her sleep in the early hours of Monday February 6 at the Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill.
Madeleine had a kind soul with an innocence of bluntness; she was great at telling stories of our lives growing up with many laughs. Madeleine had such a terrific memory of all of our childhood days. Our sister had a warm smile, loving soul and she touched our hearts and made our lives that much brighter.
We will miss our sister deeply, as will those she impacted throughout her life, from friends and family and of course acquaintances along the way, our sister loved to talk to many people.
Madeleine’s predeceased parents John Louis Langlois born in Alban, Ontario, and Catherine Bain Moore of Grangemouth, Scotland.
Survived by Siblings Patricia Newman (Peter Newman), Suzanne Fernicola (Darrell Fernicola), John Langlois (Johanne Langlois), and Robert Langlois (Shellie Langlois). Ross Bradley, Madeleine’s long time personal friend, and a friend of our family. She was also survived by her many nieces and nephews whom she loved so very much.
On behalf of our sister Madeleine we would like to mention a sincere heartfelt thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Hill House hospice for their exceptional and professional care.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 12th at MARSHALL FUNERL HOME, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, from 1 p.m. until service time in the chapel at 2 p.m. Reception to follow. We also request that in place of flowers, you donate to Hill House Hospice in her name.
