Obituary for Madelaine Hare
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Madelaine Hare on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at the age of 91.
Madelaine was predeceased by her beloved husband Percy (1983) to whom she was married for 32 years. She leaves behind her loving daughters, Lesley Blank (the Late Jo) and Linda Rowe (Richard); her beloved grandchildren Dustin Blank (Maria), Raymond Rowe (Alana), Lindsey Rowe and Hayley Blank; and her adored great grandson, Ryan Rowe.
Madelaine is predeceased by her parents Richard and Dorothy Faulkner and her sisters Shirley and Claire. Madelaine will be missed by many extended family and dear friends.
Thank you to the staff at the Reactivation Care Centre for helping Madelaine to adjust to her new life during the past nine months, and to the many doctors and nurses at the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital for their outstanding care and compassion and keeping Madelaine comfortable in her final days.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church 10131 Bayview Ave, Richmond Hill, on Monday November 14th from 10:00 am to 12 noon. A funeral service will be held immediately following at the church. Interment to follow at the Elgin Mills Cemetery Richmond Hill, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
