Dogbe, Julius- Peacefully at Mackenzie Health on November 29, 2022 in his 87th year. Devoted and loving husband to Flora for 50 years. Dear father to Elizabeth and Anthony (Natanya) and cherished Torgbui to Annalisa, Nayawana and Modzani. Julius was born in Ghana and immigrated to Canada in 1969 and served as a Justice of the Peace for the Ministry of the Attorney General. Some of his work highlights were with the Ministry of Labour, a consultant with DARS Consulting providing strategic planning for renewable natural resource management and policy. Visitation will be held at Marshall Funeral Home on Friday, December 9 from 5-8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church 97 King Road, Richmond Hill (Oak Ridges) on Saturday December 10 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
