Obituary for Dr. Alan Keith Ravenscroft
Dr. Alan Keith Ravenscroft, 86, of Richmond Hill, Ontario passed away on April 27, 2021.
Alan was born in Runcorn, England on September 4, 1934.
He was a dedicated family physician for over 50 years. In retirement, he focused on his other interests of caring for animals and tending his garden.
He is survived by his children, Susan Ravenscroft Terrell (Ray) of Big Valley, Alberta, Mike Ravenscroft (Lisa) of Burlington, Ontario and James Ravenscroft (Glen) of Richmond Hill, Ontario.
He is also survived by his grandchildren: Kris, Janene, Richard, Laurie, Matthew, Elise, 6 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews across the U.K. and U.S.
He is predeceased by wives, Jennifer, Joyce and Natalie, and his older brother, Ian.
A memorial service is being held for the immediate family at Richmond Hill United Church at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 1st.
Memorial donations, in memory of Alan, can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
