Condolences to Barbara's family.

Neighbours to Barbara for over 17 years, she was always available for gardening tips and encouragement. She always had a smile on her face. As a little girl, Ellicia would put on her rubber boots and hat and grab her pail and shovel, and head over to Barbara's to "assist" her in gardening. Barbara always showed patience and kindness to her little gardener. She will be sorely missed. I am sure the gardens in Heaven will never look better now that Barbara has arrived.

With Condolences,
Yanni, P.G. and Ellicia

We are saddened to hear of Barbara's passing. Takes us back to the "70's". Air Canada, Terminal 1 - also known as the Aeroquay Terminal. There was the Resentera sisters and the Higgins sisters.
We remember Barbara as a charming attractive girl (well we were all girls back then). A joy to know and work with.

Our condolences to all. Moira Higgins & Irene (Higgins) Puddicombe

My very sincere condolences to all of Barbara’s family. I knew Barbara and Mario for many years when they had their salon in Etobicoke. Whatever the season, Barbara would always decorate inside so beautifully. I especially remember all the gorgeous Peonies from her garden in vases in the early Summer, and her festive decorations at Christmas . She and I shared many great chats, and she always spoke so lovingly of all her family. She was such a soft spoken, caring, special and thoughtful “ lady “ and I am so sad to hear of her passing. May she Rest In Peace, and once again be with Mario. My thoughts are with you all.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to all of Barbara's family. I have been neighbours with Barbara for the past 23 years and in that time we developed a wonderful friendship. She was a caring, thoughtful and kind lady who loved her family and friends. You could always find her working in her garden as she took such pride in all the beautiful flowers that surrounded her home. She always called on neighbours in need and was there to listen and give her support.
She loved going for walks around the neighbourhood and visiting her family on the weekends. I will truly miss her laughter, love for music and all our great chats over the fence. Her wonderful memories will remain in my heart forever.
God Bless,
Nancy DeFrancesco

We have been Barbara’s neighbours for 4 years. She was so friendly and caring. It was a real treat to live next to her and her gardens. Visitors to our home would always comment on how beautiful her property was. We will miss her. Our condolences to the family.

Matthew, Amy and Joe
